Guest suites are available in Echo, Evolve, Pine House and Mundell House. Guest suites are available to all Village Gate Homes residents regardless of which property they live in. Please complete the form below and a Village Gate Homes representative will assist you in your Guest Suite reservation.
The guest suite at Echo is suitable for short-term accommodations. It includes in-suite laundry, a small fridge and fully accessible bathroom.
Renting in Echo requires a reservation for a minimum of 3 evenings and a maximum of 1 month. Suites come with a double bed, dining table with 2 chairs, and private bathroom. Linens and towels are also provided but are not replaced during the rental of the suite.
The suite is available for reservations at a rental price of $125 per evening. A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation for any incurred damages (to be charged after check out, if/as applicable), and a one time cleaning fee of $120.00 is required, payable at the time of reservation. The credit card info is fully deleted from our records upon successful suite inspection after check out.
The Evolve guest suite is suitable for long-term accommodations as it includes in-suite laundry and a fully equipped kitchen.
Renting in Evolve requires a reservation for a minimum of 3 evenings and a maximum of 1 month. Suites come with a double bed, loveseat with pull out bed, and private bathroom. Linens and towels are also provided but are not replaced during the rental of the suite.

The Mundell House guest suite is suitable for short-term accommodations since in-suite laundry and kitchen are not available.
Renting in Mundell House requires a reservation for a minimum of 3 evenings and a maximum of 1 month. Suites come with a double bed and linens, mini-fridge, and private bathroom with fresh towels.
