Theory is where it all begins.
Located in the southeast corner of the Wesbrook Place neighbourhood will be three new rental buildings with a total of 515 new units. The first will be Theory on Binning Avenue, with 136 studio to 4-bedroom air-conditioned units, some inclusive of a den, exclusively for UBC faculty and staff and their families.
Amenities at Theory include gated bike storage, a bike repair area, and a rooftop terrace with a BBQ and seating. More outdoor gathering space to foster neighbourly connections can be found within the central shared courtyard between the three new buildings. The courtyard will be equipped with ample seating, a lawn area, and a children’s play area. Theory will also have a bookable guest suite for friends and family’s overnight stays.
Theory will border a new future park that is connected to Pacific Spirit Regional Park and the network of neighbourhood greenways, allowing residents to easily access their community and be surrounded by nature.
