Cypress House comes with an extensive outdoor courtyard space with a communal pavilion and barbeque. The courtyard is shared with Dahlia, Magnolia and its sister building, Pine House. Mundell and Nobel parks and their playgrounds are also just around the corner within a 1-minute walk.
