Located in the East Campus neighbourhood along one of the main arteries through campus, Greenwood Commons is situated across the UBC athletic fields. Greenwood Commons offers 3 bedroom townhomes with their own entrance. There is also a private courtyard and playground. The townhomes are close to various childcare facilities and the academic core of UBC.

When a home becomes available, Village Gate Homes will contact applicants based on their priority status established by the UBC Board of Governors. Within each of these groups, priority is assessed by the date of entry into the waitlist. View the Register page or FAQ for details on allocation.
