Situated in the heart of Wesbrook Village, Mundell House is connected to the greenways in Wesbrook and the rest of the UBC campus through the surrounding pedestrian and cycling paths. Mundell House is a 6 storey wood-frame building that boasts 136 apartments and a healthy mix of options for everyone – with studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes.
With the idea of being a community-first property, Mundell House has its own communal bicycle repair room, a private courtyard with barbeques that overlook Mundell Park, and an indoor amenity room. Mundell House also has a guest suite, which is available for reservations for all Village Gate Homes residents.

Submitted applications are shared with UBC so they can administer the taxable benefits and allocation of housing based on affiliation with UBC.
When a home becomes available, Village Gate Homes will contact applicants based on their priority status established by the UBC Board of Governors. Within each of these groups, priority is assessed by the date of entry into the waitlist. View the Register page or FAQ for details on allocation.
