Located within the green network of pedestrian pathways in Wesbrook Village, Pine House enjoys close proximity to Mundell and Nobel Parks, and a shared courtyard. Pine House, a 6 storey wood-frame building, is home to 93 apartments with a collection of options for everyone – with studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes available for rent. Pine House comes with an extensive outdoor courtyard space with a communal pavilion and barbeque. The courtyard is shared with Dahlia, Magnolia and its sister building, Cypress House. There’s something for everyone at Pine House. For the avid biker, Pine House offers its very own bicycle repair station. There’s also a Reading Room and there is EV Parking in the building. Pine House also has its own guest suite, which is available for reservations for all Village Gate Homes residents.
